PROJECT SUMMARY & OWNER BENEFIT
Triangle managed the multi-phase modernization of a historic, fully occupied high school campus, maintaining safe, uninterrupted operations for more than 2,000 students and staff throughout construction. The project included full interior demolition, major structural upgrades, elevator installation, comprehensive MEP, IT, and security improvements, and campus-wide ADA upgrades.
Through careful phasing, constructability review, and coordination with district stakeholders, Triangle minimized disruption while delivering complex life-safety, seismic, and accessibility improvements within an active educational environment. The project demonstrates Triangle’s ability to protect schedules, safety, and daily operations on high-visibility public-sector campuses.
