Founder & President
Matt Pirayeh
Matt Pirayeh is the founding principal of Triangle DeCon Services and a licensed California Professional Engineer and General Contractor with more than 25 years of experience leading complex public and private-sector construction programs. Throughout his career, he has directed hundreds of millions of dollars in capital improvement projects for agencies including LAUSD and North Orange County Community College District, overseeing everything from occupied-campus modernizations and infrastructure upgrades to large-scale design-build developments. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Matt brings deep expertise in project controls, design management, procurement, and stakeholder coordination, helping clients successfully navigate complex projects from planning through closeout.
