The restoration of Marshall High School’s 100-year-old administration building façade preserved its historic character while enhancing accessibility, security, and campus functionality. Work included installation of a 100-foot scaffold system; cleaning, repointing, repair, and selective replacement of historic stone and marble under the supervision of preservation specialists; and installation of new GFRC panels with structural FRP upgrades to the tower.

 

Additional improvements included restored landscaping and irrigation, a new ADA-compliant walkway and ramp, a security gate with intercom, and interior ADA upgrades to the reception desk and restrooms.

 

Through close coordination with LAUSD and restoration experts, Triangle delivered a sensitive historic renovation while meeting modern safety and accessibility standards on an active public school campus.
