The project includes the design and construction of a new approximately 6,000-square-foot on-campus wellness clinic operated by Eisner Health, providing medical, dental, and mental health services to students, families, and the community.

Scope includes site improvements such as parking, fencing, gates, landscaping, hardscape, and infrastructure upgrades, as well as removal of seven relocatable buildings and replacement of the impacted natural grass play field.

 

The project expands access to essential health services while improving overall campus functionality and community benefit.
